Stratos Management is the partner of several professional environmental associations and organizations that share the same concerns and ideals of sustainability. Caring for the environment, finding solutions for a sustainable future, educating the population and realizing that the responsibility for the environment belongs to each of us are part of the common goals of Stratos and its partners.
Stratos Management joined the Sustainable Romania Coalition (SRCC) – the first apolitical platform for the sustainable development of Romania –, also becoming part of the community created by the Embassy of Sustainability in Romania.
The Embassy of Sustainability in Romania (ASR) - a non-profit initiative of the Coaliția Romania Sustenabila Association - promotes sustainability and the development of specific competencies, programs and partnerships between entities from the business environment, civil society and the public sector in Romania, with the aim of aligning with Agenda 2030 and achieving the objectives of sustainable development.
Stratos aligns itself with the objectives of the Sustainable Romania Coalition, which rest from the sustainable development objectives established by the United Nations and reinforced by the Romanian Government. In this sense, Stratos wants to complete the community created by the Embassy of Sustainability and participate with the skills and knowledge of the team in the field of circular economy and environmental protection in concrete actions that transform the theory of sustainability into practice.
Stratos Management is a “Gold” member of the International Sold Waste Association (ISWA).
The International Solid Waste Association (ISWA) is an international network of waste professionals and experts around the world whose mission is "To promote and develop sustainable and professional global waste management and the transition to a circular economy."
ISWA hopes to achieve this by bringing together experts from the world around waste, creating best practices, compiling industry reports, and publishing the scientific journal Waste Management and Research. They are the platform that allows members to share knowledge as well as filter and use the best solutions.
Stratos Management is a member of ASRO – the National Standardization Organization of Romania . The association is empowered to manage standardization in Romania, being the first structure in our country to be admitted to the European standardization bodies (CEN and CENELEC).
ASRO is also a member of ISO - International Organization for Standardization, CEI - International Electrotechnical Commission, and is an observer member of ETSI - European Telecommunications Standardization Institute.

The Coalition's mission is to accelerate the transition to a sustainable and resource-efficient economy by decoupling economic growth (both in terms of products and services) and increasing resource consumption.
The economic system promoted in the Circular Economy aims at eliminating waste and the continuous use of resources. It also wants to reuse, repair, recondition and recycle, creating a closed-loop system that minimizes resource use but also creates waste, pollution and carbon emissions. The circular economy aims to keep products, equipment and infrastructure in use for as long as possible, thus improving resource productivity.
